Rainbow Paradise Cocktail

Ingredients:

4 ounces of pineapple juice
2 ounces Malibu Coconut Rum
1 ounce of grenadine
1 ounce blue curacao
1 ounce of water
Crushed ice

Instructions:

Pour the grenadine into a hurricane glass.

Fill the glass with crushed ice or small cubes.

In another cup or shot glass, combine the pineapple juice and Malibu.
Slowly pour the pineapple juice and coconut rum mixture into the Hurricane glass.
In another cup, mix the water and blue curaçao.
Place a spoon against the glass and slowly pour the blue curaçao mixture over it so that it floats on top of the yellow later.
Garnish with a slice of lemon or orange.
